My name is Amy Smith. I am a Licensed REALTOR in North Carolina and South Carolina. I have had a passion for real estate ever since I was a child. My mother was an avid reader and always had a magazine in our home full of luxury listings. I would daydream about being able to tour the luxury homes and one day sell a premier luxury listing myself. Fast-forward about 25 years and my dream of being able to tour and sell luxury homes has come true. I love real estate. I love the look on my client's face when they walk into the home that takes their breath away. I love being able to call a client and tell them the home they never thought they would be able to get under contract has been signed, sealed and delivered to them. This industry has its ups and downs. But every morning I wake up and thankful for another day, my children and the real estate licenses I worked so hard to get. The most important thing that I have learned on my journey, that happened to be intertwined with so many other wonderful families journeys, is that luxury comes in all price points and home is where your heart is, so let me help you find your heart.
