About KATIE

Katie has always loved working with people and her transition from an entrepreneur to real estate broker 20 years ago was a perfect fit. She was fortunate enough to learn from, and later team up with, 2 exceptional women who were pillars in the local real estate market. She is grateful for their mentorship and has since worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers and strives to give the best service and diligence possible to each one. She enjoys getting to know people, identifying their needs and wants, and by the end of a transaction considering them friends. She works with her husband, Steve Brauer, who together bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to give you double the care and attention. Katie has warm and energetic personality and would love to help guide you through a smooth and productive real estate transaction. When not working, Katie loves walking in Bolin Forest with her mixed breed dogs, hanging out with her son when he is in home from college, volunteering with the Orange County Special Olympics, reading, and travelling anywhere Steve will agree to go with her
