About Dana

Dana's one true passion is making people happy. She goes out of her way to make sure that every single client is satisfied. Dana began her career in the banking industry, working with builders and developers in Residential Construction Lending in Charlotte, NC. Through this, she formed a strong relationship with many builders and developers and established a love of the construction business and real estate industry. Dana has a full range of real estate experiences - she has built new homes, purchased a handful of commercial and residential properties and completed multiple renovations. In addition, her financial and building background adds a wealth of knowledge for today's homebuyer. On top of that, her positive, laid-back attitude puts her clients at ease through the potentially stressful process of buying or selling a home. A lifetime resident of the triangle, Dana grew up in Sanford and is a graduate of Wake Forest University. Her sports loyalties are divided between the Demon Deacons and the Tar Heels. In her free time, Dana loves spending time with husband and five children. She enjoys playing tennis, hiking and enjoying the many restaurants the area has to offer.
