About VANESSA

Vanessa was born and raised right here in Raleigh, NC, and having been immersed in the real estate industry since a very young age, she has cultivated a strong understanding and love of the industry. Her grandfather has been in real estate for over 50 years and her father has been a custom home builder for over 30 years. Vanessa adopted the family entrepreneur mindset and started a successful health and wellness business as a Sophomore at ECU. After graduating with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing, she started her Real Estate career at a commercial firm learning the basics of the business and networking skills, as well as the marketing and operations side of the company. Having seen how much the Triangle has grown over the years, Vanessa truly believes we are in the best place to live, work, and play - being in close proximity to RDU airport, the beaches, and the mountains. Whether a first-time home buyer, seasoned buyer, or investor, she takes the time to educate the clients and understand their needs; and desires to negotiate the best outcome for them. With her hard work, entrepreneurial mindset, attention to detail, and dedication, she hopes to build lifelong friendships through every transaction. Vanessa foster failed and adopted her pit lab mix as a Junior at ECU and was the President of the ECU Competitive Equestrian Team. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places, home projects, cooking, working out, cheering on sports teams, enjoying time with family and friends, going to concerts, skiing in Winter, and enjoying the beach in the Summer. She is known as the go-to for recommendations on local places & seeking out new restaurants/events.
