About KATHY

BACKGROUND: I grew up in Wilson County, North Carolina and have lived in North Carolina my entire life, the past 13 years in Apex. I graduated from Wilson Christian School, Pitt Community College (Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies), and East Carolina University (Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice). Professionally, I have worked as paralegal and claims adjuster. I now have the pleasure of working in real estate and helping people buy and sell homes. PHILOSPHY: The place you live, or want to live, is very important. It’s a safe place for families, which come in all shapes and sizes. I try to make what can sometimes be an overwhelming process as simple and easy as possible. Here's a little bit about me. I have lived in North Carolina my entire life. I was born in Wilson, and have lived in Johnston County and Wilmington. I have lived in Apex for the past twelve years. My husband and I have a daughter and a Jack Russell Terrier. I'm very familiar with the Wake County Public Schools and the traditional and year-round schedules. I have been a member of the PTA each year my child has been in school and help with school projects. I also volunteer with Meals on Wheels.
