Karl Zellman has been a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina since 1998 and has been involved in over 1000 transactions. This level of experience has enabled Karl to establish the business relationships necessary to insure a smooth & successful sale. Being well respected by the Agent, Builder and Mortgage communities brings a high level of confidence to the buying and selling process. At a time when speed is as critical as experience and professionalism, Karl is part of the most dynamic and experienced Real Estate Group in the Triangle. Karl was born in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Raleigh in 1982. After graduation from NC State University in 1996 he started in the mortgage industry, but soon turned to the real estate side of the business. Karl started J&F Investments LLC in the fall of 1998 for the purpose of real estate investing. In 2004, he helped form Promised Land Realty, where he served as a broker manager until 2007. He's also developed land for homes and townhomes. Driven at his core by a passion to educate homeowners about their home's financial potential, Karl decided to put his entire focus into CB Advantage so that he could better serve clients and help make their buying or selling process easier.
