Native to the Chicagoland area, my pre-real estate experience includes over 13 years in the direct marketing arena, utilizing my knowledge of print and online marketing in the business to consumer environment. I am a graduate of Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL with a B.S. in Business and Marketing, with an emphasis on direct marketing and promotions. I have been part of the real estate industry since 2005 when I obtained my broker’s license in IL. Fast forward to the summer of 2009, my husband, three children, and our beloved golden retriever Stella made the move to NC, not knowing a soul! We were in pursuit of finding a slower pace of life, lower cost of living, fantastic schools and that glorious sunshine. I am happy to say that we found all of this, and so much more! The Triangle region is an ideal place to call home with its central location, allowing for a short two hour drive to both the mountains and the beach, family friendly neighborhoods, and a thriving business sector. Easy living doesn’t get much better than this! My professional life pours over to all that I do. I am active in the community, particularly the Wake County Public School System. I am a school volunteer, a parent advocate for WCPSS District 9 BAC, and a member of the PTAs. I also enjoy giving back to the community through time at my church, speaking with many parents who have children with special needs and attending local community events that help those that are disadvantaged. I am a sports enthusiast, master organizer, and loyal ice cream eater, all the while enjoying time with my family. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a trusted real estate broker and help my clients reach their goals and achieve their dreams. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, NC Realtors, RRAR and TMLS, as well as hold the coveted GRI, ABR and SRES designations.
