About Heather

Hi, my name is Heather Kinneberg and I am proud to be part of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston family in Cary! As an agent, my passion is "Bringing People and Homes, Together". I am unique in what I do. I always go above and beyond to help you achieve your real estate goals faster...whether you are a Buyer or a Seller. A little bit about me... I was born in Frankfurt, Germany while my Daddy was in the Army. My family and I moved to the United States when I was 5 years old and lived in various places; such as North Carolina, Northern Virginia and Maryland. Married in 1996; my hubby and I moved from Northern Virginia to Apex, North Carolina. Since moving to the Triangle; we have been residents of Apex, Cary, and now Holly Springs. With many moves under my belt as a child and even since we have moved here, I empathize with being on the other side of the transaction. I am a Mother of two awesome kiddos- My son is attending Appalachian State University in Boone, NC and my daughter is in Middle Creek High School. We also have two rescue dogs- Shirley (border collie/husky mix) & Shaggy (scottish terrier/jack russell mix)… they are my fur-babies. I graduated from ECU with a BS in Business, and a focus in advertising. I have been a full time Real Estate Agent since 2005. The best part of my job is meeting new people almost daily and helping either find their perfect home and/or helping them sell their home quickly so they are able to get to their new perfect home.
