I have lived, worked, and played in the Wilmington area since 1991. This is where I raised children and continue to enjoy all the area has to offer: from boating to public parks, beaches to river walks, fine dining to food trucks, annual festivals to little known spots, annual festivals to farmer’s market, and all types of live arts events. I Live Local! My background in education and customer service has developed in me a professional yet comfortable, casual style of conducting business. Knowledge of the area and my local life experiences give me the expertise to assist you whether you or buying or selling a home. If you are purchasing a home, I will listen to your wants and needs, and prescriptively suggest where you may best plug into the community. Many potential buyers don't currently live in the area, and painting a picture of what living here is like is an important component of the process. After all, we don't just live in a house, we live in a community. For sellers, I create context for your home, so it jumps off the webpage and into the attention of potential buyers.
