About Sharon

As someone who was born and raised in Wilmington, I know and understand why this area is so special. I attended UNC-Wilmington and have a degree in Marketing as well as Education. I recently retired as an elementary school teacher and am extremely excited to continue my real estate career with Coldwell Banker. Through the years I have lived in various areas in Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. My husband Chris and I currently make our home in Carolina Beach with our son and two golden retrievers, Putter and Maggie. In my spare time I enjoy reading, walking on the beach, and spending time with family and friends. I would love to use my knowledge of the area and my expertise as an educator to help you not only find your dream home, but to also help you understand each step of the buying and selling process.
