About Margaret

Margaret Bullock is a longtime REALTOR® with a passion for the region and the real estate industry. Receiving her license in May of 2002, Margaret sold her first home that June. This instantaneous leap into real estate success is illustrative of the same unstoppable drive and relentless determination with which she serves each and every one of her real estate clients to this day. After receiving a BS in Marketing from Winthrop University, Margaret worked in retail management, later pivoting into teaching in order to spend more time at home with her now-adult children, Isaac and Jack. While teaching offered her valuable experience and an ideal lifestyle for a young family, she was excited to pursue a career in real estate. She credits her background in education for helping her clients feel informed and supported through every step of their real estate transactions. Margaret’s late husband opened a commercial brokerage at which she handled residential and rental properties. After his passing she took on the responsibilities of Broker in Charge, ultimately selling the business in order to relocate to beautiful Wilmington. Active in the community, Margaret is a member of the Newcomers Club, the Cape Fear Garden Club, Pine Valley Baptist church and works with Hope Abounds, a charity supporting cancer victims and the needs of their families. Margaret and her new husband Lynn love traveling, shopping, living at Beau Rivage, and The Shag as members of the Cape Fear Shag club. She enjoys running 5k races, and spending weekends at their townhome in North Topsail.
