About Denise

My name is Denise Lucky, I have been a realtor for ten years in Cincinnati Ohio. I work with all types of buyers and sellers, including first-time buyers, relocated families and empty nesters. I pride myself in listening to what is important to my clients so I can help find them the perfect home and help my sellers achieve their goals to make moving easier. I am originally from Michigan and have relocated several times from Raleigh to Cincinnati with my husband and our three sons. Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, I was a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiology. I became interested in real estate after moving several times and finding out the hard way that it takes more than showing houses and placing a sign in the front yard to become a good real estate professional. It takes listening, competence, understanding and compassion. It can be stressful buying and selling a home and I am here to make your experience as easy as possible. My husband and I have owned three vacation homes on the island. We were always sad when we had to return home to Ohio and counted the days until we could make it back to the beach. We moved to Kure Beach permanently in 2020 and I still cannot believe how Lucky we are to be living here. I hope to help others experience this magical place called Pleasure Island and the wonderful surrounding neighborhoods.
