About Chris

I was born on Long Island, NY and moved to NC with my family in 2010 after falling in love with the Wilmington area on a vacation. I continue to be amazed at all the area has to offer; surfing, fishing, boating, biking, amazing beaches, parks, friendly people, laid back attitude, golf courses, and the culture and vibe of Downtown Wilmington. I have a degree in Aerospace Technology from SUNY Farmingdale and obtained my piolet’s license at the Florida Institute of Technology. By the time I was 23 I had created a successful retail business and my stores quickly became the go-to place to shop among the surf, snow, and skate crowd. Since moving to Wilmington, I have taken that drive and dedication to launch a successful career in real estate. My in-depth knowledge and professionalism help to ensure that my clients find their dream home in this paradise location. I have also renovated several investment properties and can bring that experience to clients looking to purchase rental homes.
