About Carla

Originally licensed in 1991, Carla Howell is believed to have sold more residential real estate in Gaston County, North Carolina (suburb of Charlotte) than any other agent. She is consistently ranked among the top 10% of Coldwell Banker real estate sales producers worldwide and in 2019 was named among the top selling 1% worldwide. Carla is a native of Kentucky but has lived in Gaston County for 40 years. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, she was a top agent for two of Gaston's County's independent brokerage firms, Look Real Estate and Isenhour Real Estate. Carla attributes her success in real estate to meeting as many people as she can and listening to her clients needs. The formula has worked exceedingly well as a very high percentage of Carla's business are repeat customers and referrals from past customers.
