This ol’ girl looks pretty good for 100! Her family has owned her since the 1950’s. Her plaster walls have housed a legacy of love, but time has passed, and now she is ready to see what the future holds. Her location is ideal, just a few minutes from Downtown Asheville, but tucked into a quiet residential street just off Tunnel Rd. Her level yard could host fabulous garden parties, and she even comes with her very own granite formation out back. How very unique!
