About KATIE

Katie Smith is a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Apex, NC. She has spent the majority of her life living in the Triangle and loves to share her knowledge and love for the area with others. Katie has worked as a dental assistant for 6 years in Cary. Being the head assistant came with many responsibilities. She managed orders, scheduling patients, helping with treatment plans, organization and has a natural talent at making patients feel as comfortable and welcomed as possible. Real estate became a goal of hers as she began to grow and become interested in the housing market. Katie is a native to Ohio. Both of her parents graduated from Ohio State University. Her fathers job relocated them to North Carolina when she was a child. She has grown up in Raleigh but gets back up north at least twice a year to visit family. When Katie was in High School, she was a foreign exchange student in Panama where she learned the culture and language of the Panamanians. Katie has 3 brothers around the same age as her. Two of whom have dogs. One dog is a 4 year old labradoodle trained to be a service dog and the other is a 2 year old yorkie-cocker spaniel who is absolutely full of life, cuddles and loves to play with and annoy her "brother". Katie is eager and passionate about real estate and helping serve her community! She has such a positive attitude and outlook on life and is a hard working go-getter who is excited to help families, couples and individuals in buying and selling their homes!
