About JOE

Joe has over 9 years of real estate experience in North Carolina and Arizona. Joe grew up in upstate New York before moving to Phoenix , Arizona in 1996. During that time Joe and his wife started a Sales and Marketing company which they have owned and operated together for 15 years . He found himself in the middle of an exploding Real Estate market in Arizona and sold and bought personally and as investments many homes before getting his Real Estate License in 2009. He quickly fell in love with North Carolina after visiting over many years and moved in 2012. Joe and his wife Melissa have two children . Their son Derek is currently a Senior at ASU in Tempe, AZ and their daughter Karly is a Freshman at Middle Creek High School in Apex. Joe is a proud supporter of the March of Dimes in the Honor of his Daughter who was born weighing only 1lb 8oz at St. Joseph’s Hospital. March of Dimes is one of the reasons why Karly is a thriving healthy girl today. Joe has lived in small towns and large cities, so he can help with any housing need and understands the stresses of relocating whether it is across town or cross country . Joe understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full time Realtor, he will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible.
