Wonderful historic cabin -- Buettner Park cabins were built to house the workers on the Beartooth Pass in the 1930s! It has everything you need -- kitchen, bedroom area, bathroom, two gas stoves for heat -- and it is completely furnished. It has been used as a short term rental (sleeps 4) for the last 3 years by these sellers but was also used as one by the previous owners. Come visit when you want to and make some money when you aren’t using it! Or you can live in it year-round. HOA fee covers all the lawn maintenance, road maintenance, snow plowing of the road and water, sewer and trash. HOA fee varies if it is a short term rental, or long term rental/owner occupied.
