Born with a passion for guiding others towards success, Jenna's leadership journey began to take shape during her time at the University of California, Irvine, where she pursued a degree in Business Economics. It was here that she first honed her skills in strategic thinking, resource allocation, and effective decision-making. Armed with her academic achievements, Jenna entered the world of banking, embarking on a 17 year-long career that allowed her to acquire a deep understanding of financial operations, risk management, and client relationship building. Jenna's ascendancy within the banking industry was marked by her consistent ability to transform teams into cohesive, high-performing units. Her innate talent for recognizing individual strengths and channeling them towards a shared goal became her hallmark. This ability was exemplified during her most recent role as VP/County Manager for a title company, where she oversaw a diverse team of professionals. Through her intentional approach to fostering collaboration, encouraging open communication, and promoting a culture of mutual respect, Jenna not only increased operational efficiency but also propelled the business to new heights. At the core of Jenna's leadership philosophy is her unwavering belief in the potential of each individual. Jenna feels most at home outside in nature, and when she isn't working, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, running, reading, and adventuring with her family.
