David is a well-rounded real estate agent with the LandStar Group, specializing in all areas including commercial, residential, and bare land. His extensive credentials in home building, as well as customer service, made becoming a licensed real estate agent the logical choice for David. During his nearly twenty years in home restoration, remodeling, and new construction, he has acquired valuable hands on experience. David has successfully managed construction crews, and he also touts 8 years of experience in fire and mold restoration. This invaluable expertise allows him to anticipate a structure’s problem areas. A Montana native, David was born and raised in southeast Montana on the edge of the Black Hills and eventually found his way to northwest Montana in 2010. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Dickinson State College in North Dakota, he spent many years in the customer service sector learning the importance of developing client relations. Over the years, David has managed multiple business branches and became proficient in delivering impeccable customer satisfaction. David is a family man whose wife is also a Montana native, haling from Plains. They enjoy camping by many of the area’s lakes and rivers. David is active in his spare time and loves to experience all the beautiful terrain that Montana has to offer through trail running, kayaking, and mountain biking. As an involved member of the local outdoor community, David is devoted to upholding our recreation opportunities. He is an organizer for the Clark Fork Adventure Challenge triathlon and also enjoys attending fundraisers to support our public trail systems. David looks forward to helping buyers and sellers with their home and property needs in Plains, Thompson Falls, and the surrounding areas.
