About Sarah

I’m Sarah, and while I grew up in Minnesota, Montana has had my heart for as long as I can remember. Every year growing up, my family packed up for ski trips to Big Sky, and somewhere between the mountains, the people, and the endless open spaces, I knew this place was special. Years later, I followed that feeling and now have the privilege of calling Montana home. After graduating in Bozeman with a degree in HR, I found my way into real estate, and quickly discovered where my true passion lies: development and new construction. Watching Gebhardt Development evolve into custom homes and spec builds gave me firsthand experience in the building process and fueled my love for helping clients bring their visions to life. Today, I thrive in the development and new construction side of real estate and genuinely love guiding clients through every step of the journey. Outside of real estate, life is full and wonderfully busy. My two kiddos and I spend our days exploring somewhere outdoors, fishing, at the lake, or soaking up all that Montana summers have to offer. One of the greatest joys of my career is helping people discover Helena and the surrounding communities. I truly believe Helena is one of Montana’s hidden gems, and there is nothing better than helping someone not just find a house, but find a home."
