About Susie

I was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and came to the United States at the age of five with my mom. Watching her work tirelessly instilled in me the strong work ethic I carry today. When she remarried a wonderful American man who adopted my sister and me, we were blessed with a loving and supportive family. My dad’s passion for real estate inspired my own love for exploring homes and dreaming of possibilities—an early spark that grew into my career. Today, I’m proud to be a mom to two beautiful children, both attending Montana State University, where their dad is a professor of cognitive psychology. I am also remarried to an amazing builder and family man, and together we share our home with his 21-year-old nonverbal autistic son, Zach. I’ve always had a deep heart for individuals with special needs, and now I get to experience the joy and challenges firsthand with Joe and our family. I am energetic, happy, and truly love my job.
