About Craig

I was given the unique blessing of growing up in the ranching community of Lusk, Wyoming, and have always been proud to say that my hometown is located in the least populated county of the least populated State. This special place was my playground and classroom as I grew up, and now my career. Calling myself fortunate to have been able to work for the family drilling business from a young age serving this specific community and the greater Wyoming area would be an understatement. The legacy of the people I respect the most instilled in me a strong understanding of work ethic, sincerity, and the value of a good handshake. My upbringing also built an understanding of both surface and subsurface land rights. I was able to build on this hands-on foundation by further studying property concepts at the University of Wyoming and earned a degree in professional land management with a minor in geographic information systems. This background, education, and interest in all things land steered me toward the Real Estate industry. Earning my general appraiser certification allowed me the opportunity to utilize my skills to specialize in ranch valuations serving the rural areas of Northeast Wyoming. In early 2023 I joined the team at West Range Ventures to expand my appraisal services and expertise in ranch, farm, and recreational appraisals across Northern Wyoming and Southern Montana. I have found myself searching for further knowledge, service, and connection to the industry and have chosen to join The Ranch Team at Coldwell Banker The Brokers in order to do so. Backed by over 116 years of real estate experience, the Coldwell Banker brand sets the standard for integrity in the real estate industry- a value I also strongly correlate with. I am proud to call these Rocky Mountains my home and welcome anyone looking for a community committed to Code of the West principles that these ranching-founded areas uphold and a lifestyle offered that makes these areas great.
