Montana has been my home for the past 28 years, and I am proud to live, work, and serve in the communities that make this state so special. As the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker The Brokers, I bring nearly 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, along with an additional 10 years of leadership experience in the title, escrow, and lending industries. This well-rounded background has given me a unique perspective on every aspect of a real estate transaction and allows me to confidently guide clients, agents, and business partners through the process. My passion extends far beyond buying and selling real estate. Throughout my career, I have personally closed hundreds of successful transactions and have dedicated myself to helping others build meaningful and sustainable careers in the industry. Over the years, I have served as a sales manager, coach, lead educator, accountability partner, and business mentor, helping agents establish their brands, implement proven systems, and grow successful businesses of their own. During my six years as Residential Sales Manager at Coldwell Banker The Brokers, I had the privilege of training, coaching, and leading more than 20 active agents across the Billings and Red Lodge markets. Together, we increased overall production by more than 300%, established a successful Farm & Ranch Division, developed market-specific Luxury Teams, and built an award-winning corporate relocation division that supported Fortune 500 companies and their employees relocating to Montana. I believe real estate is built on relationships, trust, and doing what is right. My team would describe me as highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service. I lead with integrity, prioritize education, and believe that strong systems, accountability, and collaboration create long-term success for both clients and agents. Throughout my career, community involvement has always been a cornerstone of who I am. I have proudly volunteered on committees and task forces through both the Realtor Association and Home Builders Association, dedicating countless hours to strengthening housing opportunities and supporting the future of real estate in our communities. I have also served as a mentor, liaison, and Chamber Ambassador through the Billings Chamber of Commerce. For the past seven years, I have had the privilege of serving as a Trustee for Laurel Public Schools, working alongside fellow trustees, educators, administrators, and community members to support students and help shape the long-term vision of the district. This experience has reinforced my commitment to leadership, public service, and giving back to the communities that have given so much to me.
