This property is five acres of seclusion. We often came here to hunt but treated it more like a sanctuary. It's easy to enjoy the atmosphere of serenity while listening to the occasional hoots of an owl, chirping birds, chattering squirrels, gobbling turkeys, and sometimes the observation of a passing deer or two. It's a perfect getaway for a campsite. A brook that streams off to the left and right of a circular drive frequently brings wildlife to enjoy a cool drink or a dip in the water. The layout is, also, ideal for building on the site; perhaps a split-level house on the center hill or just build your dream place. The driveway circles around a small portion of the land and could easily seclude a building from the highway where trees surround either side providing privacy among surrounding properties.
