This tract will feel like your own private slice of Tishomingo State Park without the crowds. Sandstone outcroppings, upland terrain with benches and natural drainage, and a year-round creek running through the bottom. This tract is just a stone throw from the park and has terrain and geological features. Holly Branch, a tributary of Cedar Creek, flows through the central portion of the tract and provides perennial water and riparian habitat. The terrain includes ridges, benches, and hollows with scattered sandstone bluffs throughout the tract. The forest consists of mixed hardwoods and naturally regenerating pines.
