Hi, I’m Kara Guckes, a licensed REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Premier Group based in Washington, MO. With five years of experience and a background in the insurance industry, I offer clients a powerful combination of people skills, strategic thinking, negotiation and attention to detail in every transaction. I work with many types of clients, but I especially enjoy helping families find homes that truly fit their lifestyle, and investors who are looking for smart opportunities. I also have a lot of experience guiding first-time home buyers through every step of the process, making sure they feel confident and supported from start to finish. People often describe me as organized, fast-paced, and easy to work with. I take pride in staying on top of every detail and continually train to improve my skills, because I believe clients deserve it. Outside of real estate, I’m a proud wife and mom. I married my high school sweetheart, and together we’re raising two amazing kids—Natalie, who’s six, and Jordan, who’s three. We love spending time outdoors playing, hiking, rollerblading, cooking together, and exploring new towns—especially during fall festival season!
