About Joanie

I have been in the business for 18 years. My business is split between Franklin County and St. Charles county. I also am very familiar with St. Louis county as that is where I grew up and spend a lot of time and still do much business there as well. I have been a relocation specialist for 15 years. I work very well with veterans, first time home buyers and move up properties. Also on my Resume is new construction, renovation, short sale and foreclosure specialist, land and farms, and investment properties. Over the years I have put together a great team of lenders, inspectors, surveyors and contractors that I am able to contact for the many needs of my clients. I've been lucky to meet and remain friends with many of my clients which enabled me to stay in the top 3 producers in my office and look forward to the next 18 years.
