This is truly a one-of-a-kind equestrian or hunting paradise. The property borders and has access to the Huckleberry Ridge Conservation Area, which features over 2,100 contiguous acres for public hunting, riding, biking, or hiking. The previous owner operated it as a profitable resort property, staying full with visitors. The property features three fully functional cabins that have all modern amenities, including water, electricity, and independent septic systems. Additionally, there is one sleeping cabin with HVAC and power. The property has multiple RV sites and primitive (tent) camping sites. The private trail system on the property provides tons of private riding, while also connecting to the miles of public trails in the state park. If hunting is more your style, the property has an impressive history of deer hunting. The main cabin displays some of the property’s best trophies still on the wall.
