I am working as a Broker-Associate agent here at Coldwell Banker Lewis & Associates Lake of the Ozarks. I have the advantage of focusing exclusively on Real Estate clients, buyers and sellers alike. I know the lake market well and understand the broad aspects of its uniqueness. I have my Graduate Realtor Institute, GRI and Accredited Buyer's Representative, ABR as well as my Certification in Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, CLHMS designations. In 1999, I went to school and became a license real estate agent in the state of Missouri. With that, I spent the next couple years sitting one of the biggest projects at the lake at that time, Properties at Grandview off Carol rd in Lake Ozark. I had the opportunity to work with the best brokers and agents at the lake. I have had many opportunities to build my portfolio and I love it. Coldwell Banker has a department that specializes in long-term rentals and vacation properties. I assisted our rental department, which provided me with the working knowledge of specific lake area market rental industry. I enjoy strategizing with property owners in determining the best option for generating income on their rental property. I have deep roots in our Lake of the Ozarks community. It began in 1993 when we birthed our family-owned restaurant in Osage Beach, The Cozy Coney Café.
