We are considering selling some or all of our property in Ironton. We have 116 acres, one parcel at 55.5 acres and the other 60.5 acres. We purchased this 3 years ago to get away with the family and have never put a cabin on it. Only selling to get a turn key property that we can enjoy or selling half to have someone build us a cabin. The larger parcel has a well dug on it but no other utilities on the property. Also has a worn out camper without title. From our house in Kirkwood it is 1.5 hour drive.
