Full time Realtor since 1986. Former Owner/Broker of a Farmington Real Estate Brokerage. I have extensive knowledge of real estate transfers and title insurance as I have years of experience as a Closer in the title industry. An ugly divorce (are there any pretty ones?) led me to work for a local title company while raising 3 children on my own. As they grew, I needed a more flexible schedule which led me to work for Coldwell Banker Hulsey in 2000 where I have happily remained. Got married again too! I love baseball. If I am not working you can typically find me at a STL Cardinal game! GO CARDS! Farmington and the surrounding area offers many beautiful parks and trails for hiking, horseback riding and bike riding. Lots of small towns in this area that offer a variety of shops and restaurants. We have a wonderful community full of friendly people and gorgeous homes. And if you need to make a run to the city, maybe to see the Cardinals play, you can be there in about an hour.
