I have been a full time Realtor since 1986 and formerly the Owner/Broker of a local brokerage. I have extensive knowledge of real estate transfers and title insurance as I also have years of experience as a closer in the title industry. On a personal note, I love baseball. If I am not working you can typically find me at a STL Cardinal game! GO CARDS! I love this area. Farmington and the surrounding areas offer so many beautiful parks and trails for hiking, horseback riding and bike riding. Lots of quaint shops, boutiques & restaurants in this wonderful community full of friendly people and gorgeous properties. However, if you need to make a run to the city (maybe to see the Cardinals play) you can be there in about an hour!
