Great corner building lot at a very affordable price. Summer Set is an awesome community with 3 lakes a community beach, a large campground, beautiful homes, great fishing on all 3 lakes, in recent years an excellent fireworks display for 4th of July, tremendous neighborly connections and community involvement, gated entrance for added security, a truly great place to live and raise a family. These lots are located on one of the newly paved roads. We have community sewer and water systems operated and maintained by the Jefferson County Public Sewer District. It's all here!
