This secluded property offers great hunting with a super convenient location being less than 5 miles from downtown Winona and only 40 miles from Rochester. Despite its small size the property packs in a great deal of terrain features. The entire ridge to the north is pocked with numerous bumps and points that provide great bedding habitat. A well maintained ATV trail allows easy access to the north ridge and an extensive power line clearing. The hillside leading up to the south ridge has several overgrown logging trails that could be cleared for improved access to the top. Due to the proximity to the surrounding bluffs this property is not suitable for a dwelling.
