About Lisa

Lisa understands that a home is more than just a place to live—it’s the foundation for a fulfilling life. Having relocated to eight cities across six states, she knows firsthand the challenges of moving and the importance of finding the right community. Her personal experiences have shaped her deep appreciation for the relocation process, giving her a unique ability to guide clients through transitions with confidence and expertise. For over twenty-five years, Lisa has been immersed in the world of medicine—not as a practitioner, but as the spouse of a dedicated orthopedic surgeon. She understands the unique demands of a medical career and the impact it has on family life. With her husband balancing a busy surgical practice, leadership roles at Allina, and thirteen years as a physician for the Minnesota Twins, she has seen how crucial the right home environment can be for both professional success and personal well-being. Lisa is passionate about helping medical professionals and their families find homes and communities that accommodate their demanding lifestyles while fostering balance and comfort. Beyond real estate, Lisa brings over two decades of experience in interior design. As a former project manager and associate at Gensler Boston, she developed a keen eye for space planning and renovation potential for her high end clients. Whether helping clients envision possibilities in a new home or advising on strategic improvements before a sale, her expertise in design and construction negotiations ensures homes are both beautiful and functional. Lisa’s commitment to and knowledge of her community is further reflected in her extensive philanthropic work in the Twin Cities. She has led major fundraising efforts, serving as the Lead Chair for the Blake Classic, a large-scale, all-school gala, and contributing as a committee member for the Abbott Northwestern Medicine Ball. She has also played an instrumental role in supporting the Long Lake Rowing Crew, as fundraising chair and board member, raising funds for financial assistance programs and capital improvements. For nearly a decade, she has served as president of her homeowners’ association, working to enhance the neighborhood through thoughtful leadership and contract negotiations. With a rare combination of personal experience, market knowledge, and design expertise, Lisa approaches real estate with a deep understanding of the importance of finding the right home. Whether helping families relocate, guiding medical professionals to the right living environment, or offering insights into a property’s potential, she is dedicated to making each real estate journey seamless and rewarding.
