About Kenneth

Ken Samudio grew up in Waseca, MN, and earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree, with double majors of English and Speech, at Mankato State University 1963-67. Ken served in the US Army 1968-70, spending 16 months in Babenhausen, Germany. Upon his return, he earned a Master's of Arts Degree in Library Science and Media. The next 32 years he taught English, Speech, and TV Production and coached wrestling and tennis in the Osseo School District 279. Upon retiring from his teaching in 2003 and because of his interest in residential real estate, Ken began his second career with Coldwell Banker Burnet. Ken's entire life has been service-oriented. He has always thoroughly enjoyed helping people achieve their goals. Ken is now able to help entire families make one of the most important decisions of their lives, finding that perfect home. He is looking forward to working with you.
