Jodi Kemper is a dedicated real estate professional with seven years of experience in the industry. She has had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients make the most significant investments of their lives, achieving impressive success by selling over $60 million in real estate. Her journey began in new construction with a Fortune 500 national builder, where she received exceptional training in new home sales, excellent customer service skills, negotiation, writing hundreds of purchase agreements and so much more. In 2019, she was honored with the Presidents Club award, ranking #1 in Minnesota and #15 in the country, thanks to her sales records and customer service scores. During her time with the builder, Jodi helped buyers design their homes, gaining valuable insights into trends that enhance property value. She now collaborates with a team of contractors to assist clients with remodeling and flipping projects. Through her design services, she offers solutions for updating older homes, ultimately increasing their resale value, as well as helping buyers update new homes to fit their style. In her free time, Jodi enjoys taking on remodeling and design projects in her own home, cooking and entertaining friends and family at her cabin, going for long walks with her two dogs, Oakley and Rudy, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones.
