I've been a practicing nurse and pediatric nurse practitioner for over 30 years. According to the 2022 Gallup Poll, and in fact for an impressive 21-year run, Nursing was rated the most trusted profession. Nurses earn high marks in confidentiality, accountability, compassion and respect, resourcefulness and honesty. Those are high attributes and I bring them to bear in my role as a Realtor. With my experience I have learned to listen, really listen to what people are saying to me about their physical, emotional and psychological needs. I've developed empathy and understanding and the ability to attend to needs and concerns with focus, clarity and compassion. I have the ability to problem solve quickly and pivot to address unexpected situations with skill and calm. My nursing skills and experience serve me well in the field of real estate. A strong understanding and analysis of the current market, timing, quick thinking and attention to detail are crucial to making your real estate experience smooth and successful. Selling and buying a home is likely the biggest financial decision you will ever make, and you need someone you can trust to be with you every step of the way.
