Biography Benjamin G Rae III has been a successful residential and commercial real estate professional for over three decades and is licensed as a real estate broker in Minnesota and Florida. He received the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in Chicago as well as the GRI designation from the National Association of Realtors and has guest lectured and published articles on real estate finance, development and management. Ben also won the Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services Distinquished Achievement Award for generating the greatest amount of collected commission income in the New York City region. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Minneapolis Association of Realtors, the Realtors Association of Miami and the Beaches, the MLS of the Naples Association of Realtors and the University of Denver Alumni Advisory Taskforce.
