BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY My mission is to serve clients with professionalism, dedication and integrity in any given real estate transaction. As a trusted, honest, caring advisor, my philosophy is to be there each step of the way - giving clients accurate, reliable and timely information that they may make sound decisions when buying and/or selling land or a home. For many people - buying/selling a home is one of the biggest business transaction they will make in life. I truly understand this - so not only will I work to bring them optimal results; but I'm also mindful of the "Truly" listening to my client to understand their needs in buying or selling a home is imperative. It will make a world of difference in how smoothly and successful the real estate experience is. PROFESSIONAL GOAL I have been a MN and WI license realtor since 2014. I've sold over 120 homes since then and my goal is to double that by 2029! I love my career and am passionate in what I do. Prior to real estate I was an interior designer for 22 years; and continue to stage homes for my clients -- for them to get the highest and best price for their home at no cost to them. AREAS OF EXPERTISE As a Coldwell Banker real estate agent, I will not only help with professional coordination of home searches, property marketing, preparing forms, and coordination of closing details, but I also can offer home financing through Guaranteed Rate Affinity, title insurance and closing through Burnet Title, rental services, and the services of NRT Insurance, and Burnet Relocation. Customers can also access Concierge services through the Home Resource Center. I'm very proud of our United States military services! I believe men and women who have put themselves in harms-way for our country deserve people to step-up and give back to them. Having said that, I have furthered my education on how to help in providing the best service to them in the real estate industry. I'd be more than honored to work with any military personnel with their real estate needs! My past corporate background as an owner of a commercial furniture business for 22 years has given me extraordinary experience that I've applied to my real estate business and to the consumer. I am highly motivated, efficient and driven in striving to provide the highest optimal results to my clients. One of my attributes is to pay great attention to detail and work well to provide strength and power in a fast real estate market. Being a self starter, my strength lies in successfully working for my client to give them the best results.
