About Joshua

Business Philosophy Joshua Junker was born and raised in the St Croix Valley area. His family has built and operated local businesses since the 1960’s in the St Croix Valley community. To continue building the family legacy Josh decided on real estate for a career. As a passionate St Croix Valley resident he wanted to help families to enjoy the area that he have come to love. Josh is passionate for the industry and will treat his clients as he would want to be treated. He operates based on honesty, hard work, respect and will get his clients the results they desire. To Josh, This is not a standard nine to five job; he is always making himself available for his clients and their needs. He partnered with Coldwell Banker based on the wide variety of tools available to him and his clients. As a home buyer or seller you can be confident that Josh will employ the most current technological tools to successfully market your home or make your home search an efficient process. Personal Background In his spare time he enjoys golfing and plays at the many local courses in the area. Josh has 2 children that he is trying to instill his passion of golf with but they have many of their own interests as well. His daughter is very active in sports including gymnastics, basketball, and volleyball. His youngest son loves the water and playing outdoors. His wife and he have been married since 2010 and love traveling, as they were married in Costa Rica and have enjoyed travels to many other cities and countries.
