About Me: I'm Mike Distad, proud to call the vibrant Highland Park neighborhood in Saint Paul my hometown. From attending Highland Catholic to Cretin-Derham Hall High School, I am deeply rooted in this community. Growing up, I soaked in all the Twin Cities had to offer – from cheering on the Twins and Vikings to exploring the city's abundant parks and trails. Having lived in various parts of Minnesota, I've had the unique opportunity to experience the diverse offerings of each area firsthand. My Passion for Real Estate: As a second-generation Realtor, real estate runs in my blood. Our father began the family real estate business in 1978. Growing up, open houses and new "For Sale" signs were regular stops on our family drives. I have fond memories of mowing lawns and shoveling snow at my parents' investment properties. This early exposure instilled a lifelong passion for real estate. I'm proud that my brother and I have the honor to carry forward our father's legacy as The Distad Team.
