Background Kathleen grew up in Bloomington Minnesota, she has fond memories of the sound of the crowd from the old Met Stadium. Attended Mankato State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree concentrating in Construction Management. She worked in commercial construction and was involved and several major construction projects in the Twin Cities and Wisconsin. Currently, Kathleen is a 30+ year resident of Eagan Minnesota.
