About Anne

Anne is a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Realty in the Highland Park - St. Paul office working with clients to buy and sell real estate throughout the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota and is licensed in the State of Minnesota. Anne has lived in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul for 35+ years having graduating from St. Catherine University in 1990 with a B.A. in International Business and Economics and has a true love and devotion to the Twin Cities. Anne's professional experiences are an asset to this profession having worked for 10 years in the financial services industry, as a licensed financial consultant and then joining the sales and marketing team of a local money manager. Anne left the financial services industry in 2000 to work with her husband, Patrick, in his real estate appraisal and valuation company. Anne held a license as a real estate appraiser trainee for 8 years and developed knowledge of the real estate industry from a perspective that will lend itself well to working with individual clients seeking to buy or sell a home. Anne grew up in Eveleth on Minnesota's Iron Range and still enjoys visiting and spending time with family and friends in that very beautiful area of Minnesota. Anne also enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, getting outdoors all year around to enjoy the beauty of the Twin Cities. Anne has been active in her St. Paul community over the years volunteering with a number of local organizations. Over the years Anne has become very knowledgeable about the Twin Cities and surrounding areas and looks forward to helping clients to sell their home and/or buy a home they will be happy in, in an area that suits them perfectly.
