About Marisa

My name is Marisa Spiczka. I grew up in the Foley area and graduated from Foley High School in 2024 and recently graduated from St. Cloud State with my bachelor’s degree in Finance. I currently work as a Mortgage Processor at Falcon National Bank and have been with the company for three years. I've always had a love for real estate and an interest in pursuing it but being in this position helped me develop a true passion for real estate and therefore led me to the decision to obtain my real estate license. I enjoy helping others and am very excited and motivated to be starting my journey as a real estate agent. My fiancé Caleb and I recently got engaged and purchased our first home in Sartell. Together we have two dogs named Millie & Emrie who are both Mastiff mixes. In addition, I was a dancer for fifteen years and have continued to share my passion for the sport through coaching. I will be headed into my fifth year as a Head Instructor with Just For Kix and my first season as an Assistant Coach for the Sartell Dance Team.
