State Parks, hiking trails, XC and Snowmobile trails, all within a short distance. Living in town at 14 Drake Circle is dang convenient! Shopping, gas, banking, schools, restaurants, are all within walking distance. Heck, go get adventurous on the Ropes Course and Zipline. In the fall and winter take in the home-team football, hockey, and basketball games, saunter home after, it’s that close. Bowling is a thing in Silver Bay! How cool is that? There is a lot, I mean A LOT, of cool fresh water nearby. That’s right, big ol’ Gitche Gummi, the shining big sea water, is just down the hill a bit. There’s so much cool water here, it makes its own microclimate of comfort year-round. Spread all that H2O out and you can cover all of North and South America in a foot of it!
