About Me So glad you stopped by! I'm Traci Vander Hoeven with Coldwell Banker Realty, Crocus Hill, in Saint Paul. I am well-rehearsed in the process of moving and the emotions that go along with that. I, myself, have completed 23 moves thus far and I'm sure it won't be my last! I've moved across town, across the state, and across the country. I will do my best to make your selling and buying transitions as smooth and stress-free as possible. My husband and I have 6 children combined and make our home in the St. Paul area. We love traveling and national parks are a favorite destination. I have a big heart for animals. I have rescued two dogs, Norris and Hattie, and continue to support several local rescues. My interest in amateur landscaping provides me great joy in developing and growing my hummingbird and butterfly gardens.
