Scott Lanahan has spent more than 30 years helping people buy and sell homes throughout the Twin Cities. A graduate of St. Cloud State University, he built his career on a simple belief: real estate is about people first. Over the years, Scott has earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. He has also been recognized as a Super Agent by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine 15 times. While he is proud of those accomplishments, he believes his greatest measure of success is the trust his clients place in him. Many return years later when life changes, and many more are introduced by friends and family who know they'll be well cared for. Known for his honest advice and strategic approach, Scott isn't interested in telling clients what they want to hear. He's committed to telling them what they need to know. Whether that means recommending updates before listing a home, advising against overpricing in a changing market, or helping buyers recognize the right opportunity, his focus is always on helping clients make informed decisions with confidence. Scott's roots in the Twin Cities run deep. He has volunteered with the Saint Paul Winter Carnival and was honored to serve as a Saint Paul Vulcan in 2000. He has also spent years supporting youth athletics and community organizations, believing that strong communities are built through service and relationships.
