I'm a skilled negotiator and expert marketer. Clients appreciate my attention to detail and communication skills. Phil and I have deliberately kept our team small so we can deliver every client our personal attention. Our track record over the past 6 years is fantastic. We average 35+ transactions per year and are consistently in the top 10 selling teams in our branch. Born and raised in St. Paul, I still love finding new ways to enjoy the Twin Cities. I earned my B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota. Before real estate, I spent many years in the corporate world working in marketing, strategy, and business development roles at 3M. My favorite way to spend a free day is biking to Minnehaha Falls with my husband and two sons or reading a good book.
