I began as a REALTOR®, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro, where I developed a reputation for strong client advocacy, practical guidance, and consistent results. After years as a top-producing agent, I discovered that my greatest passion wasn't simply selling homes—it was helping other agents build successful, sustainable businesses. Today, as Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker Realty's Highland Park office, I have the privilege of coaching, mentoring, and supporting agents at every stage of their careers. Whether someone is just getting started, looking to grow their production, or ready to take their business to the next level, my goal is to provide the tools, accountability, and encouragement they need to succeed. My leadership philosophy is simple: relationships come first. I believe the best leaders are accessible, honest, and willing to roll up their sleeves alongside the people they serve. Before stepping into leadership, I spent more than ten years selling real estate and was consistently recognized as a top-producing agent. Prior to real estate, I built my foundation in sales leadership, managing and developing sales professionals while learning the importance of coaching, accountability, and creating winning cultures. Throughout my career, I've also remained deeply involved in community leadership, believing that strong businesses and strong communities go hand in hand. Real estate has never been just about transactions for me. It's about people, relationships, and creating opportunities for others to thrive.
